Though it is due by the and of the year 2007,the buildings the flats of which are sold before this date shall be in priority to submit to the owners.There is a garden arranged in a pattern of grss and flowers in the plot,on which our buildings are located and there are modern swimming pools built for adults and for kids.

Additional accesories to be installed in each of our flats

There air conditioners

Amidi fridge,a cooker,a dishwasher,a washing nachine and an aspirator in the kitchen.

On each building two satellite dishes (cenral for all flats ) for satellite broadcasting.

Solar energy system

All floors shall be covered with tiles in features and trade mark as may be determined by the manufacturing firm ( including the walls in kitchen, toilet and bathroom ).The buyers shall make a selection for the colors.

The walls shall be covered with plaster of Paris and papier-mache.Inaddition,in the living room there shall be suspended ceiling with light strip fluorescent and spot lamps and cornices shall be put up fort he windows.

There shall be PVC and double glass on the terrace doors and the windows and the door of the bedroom with a terrace shall be in the form of Walkswagen type of  sliding door and each of the windows in bedroom,living room and kitchen has the characteristics of double folding and there are screens on the windows.

There are Hilton type of closet sets in bath rooms and in the larger one there are jacuzzis,shower cabins and sink cabinets

Kitchen cabinets shall be put up in features and trade mark as may be determined by the manufacturing firm and the model and the color shall be selected by the buyer.

The exterior walls of the buildings shall have the characteristics of heat insulator and there shall be a double brick material with styrofoam between them.

Stair banisters shall be made of bright aluminum metal

The entrance doors to the flats are white American type of steel doors and the room doors are white American type of panel doors.

The manufacturing firm is responsible for fixing the defects for a three year period arising from the manufacturing errors but not from normal use.

REMARKS:

All the white goods to be used shall be in accordance with the Foundation of Turkish standards and guarenteed by dealer.

The state of buyers selecting colors to be used for the foregoing items is only valid in case the works in the said flat are not completed prior to sales.

Except for the foregoing works to be done,additional requests shall be implemented provided that the buyer pays the prices for them.

As of the end of Mai, one building an done flat as samples shall be ready for the buyers examinations and visits.
